Chateau Lacbleu 2017 Minervois is a dark ruby red wine with very fruity aromas of red cherry and crushed strawberry. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan grapes, it has well-structured and elegant tannins with powerful flavors of cassis, licorice and black pepper. A lingering aftertaste makes it perfect for barbecues, roast poultry, fried beef steak or roast lamb.
