Produced from one of the most spectacular vintages in recent history, this Lacbleu 2014 Chablis is a beautiful pale yellow wine with yellow-green highlights. It has a mineral perfume with yellow-fleshed fruits and floral notes. The taste is clean, fresh and pure - with notes of yellow fruits and aromas of lime. This wine pairs perfectly with fish, seafood, oysters, lobster, sushi, roasted white meats, poultry, Thai cuisine and goat cheeses.
